We decided to go in based on its rating. It was wonderful. I had the taco salad and tried a cheese enchilada with their spicy green chili sauce. Both were very good and the sauce was fresh and flavorful without being too hot. My husband had the best seller green chili chicken enchiladas and a cheese chili relleno. We are from Texas and try to visit Ruidoso once a year, at the beginning of fall. Casa Blanca Restaurant is always at the top of our list to eat at for awesome mexican food! We love it & the food!!
Denise provided excellent service to our party of 7! She was so personable and friendly while being fast and efficient. Food came out delicious...definitely recommend the Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas �
