Nice place nice area and awesome place
This place is the slums. The only nice thing about it is that it is conveniently located next to everything in the South Everett ghetto. Other then that after living there 2 years the kind of loyalty they show you is raising your rent $210/month. It is like pulling teeth to get anyone from maintenance to do anything, and when they do TRY to "fix" things they end up putting holes in your walls or by the time they leave the thing they fixed is broken again.
