Multiple ceiling collapses, severe waste fluid damage, rodent, management issue and delayed bounced check for security deposit. Goldleaf Development wants money badly and is totally a nightmare. When we moved out, we cleaned carefully and checked everything before leaving, but they charged us for ridiculous things that were already there when we move in and didn’t affect use at all. They kept our entire deposit and even asked for a few hundred dollars more. Living there was also terrible. The soundproofing is awful.
