Lived here for 2 years during undergrad. Casa Blanca was my worst apartment experience in Madison, hands DOWN. As evidenced by the outlandish price for the age/structure of the building, limited amenities, thin walls, mice, & barely functional AC, it’s clear Goldleaf only cares about stuffing their pockets. They're not that scary but having to wake them up so they can move out of the way of the door is a hassle, and is getting old quick. I even try going to a different stairwell to try to avoid this but end up running into another homeless person. No shade to the management, but after reporting this multiple times their only response has been to call the police, which I don't th... read more
