Scott C. has been a strong community manager for Renaissance Park. He is responsive, professional, and does a great job keeping residents informed while helping move issues forward. HOA work is not always easy, but Scott brings a steady, helpful approach and is clearly committed to supporting the community.
Outstanding property manager, Mike Zmuda performs at the highest professional level.. His many years of experience allows to be able to deal with situation that arises. Great rapport the board as well at residents on the community. Great support on the back end with Pinehurst!
Erica W from CAS, Inc has been a wonderful community manager. She has gone above and beyond for Stone Hill Estates. We had quite a few issues when she took over and she jumped right in and got to work to assist the board with what needed to be done. She's very organized, helpful, thoughtful, friendly and just a very hard worker. We love her and hope to continue our working relationship for many years to come.
Scott C has been awesome to work with! I have had a lot of questions lately like mulch at the playground or food trucks in the community and he has been so quick to answer! He is always really helpful and I’m glad he is a part of our community!
Very happy with CAS HOA Management. Scott Cooley has been extremely responsive, and I truly appreciate all his assistance. This is not one of those frustrating management companies that create more problems than they solve. Quite the opposite. They manage the community well and make a genuine effort to support homeowners. The portal could be more user-friendly, but Scott has been very helpful in guiding me through it and making sure everything gets resolved.
