Claudis was my salesperson, he was awesome! He showed me the vehicles I wanted to see. Answered all my questions in detail. I ended up with the 2017 HSE Discovery! I will return back there for my next one .

I've never written a negative review in my life ... So this is a first. Is it possible to rate 0 stars because that is what they deserve. I ordered a new 2017 Discovery over two months ago. When I asked this week for a delivery date, they now can't find my order (or they say it may be mixed it up with others?) then asked me to go back to the website to build another one on my own. I just purchase my 2014 Jaguar XF-R from Jaguar/Land Rover of Cary and what a wonderful experience. The staff is outstanding and extremely professional making this a perfect and enjoyable buying experience. My RR was there for service about a year ago for an issue with the suspension. They didn't want to cover the issue under the extended warranty, so they fixed half of it while leaving the other half still to be fixed (waiting for the extended warranty to run out--of course). Then they diagnosed a leak in the air compressor but did not fix it--again, waiting for the extended warranty to run out.
