I had the best experience finding my perfect wedding dress with Lelia at Caryn's! I probably had 30 dresses to go through and try on and narrowed it down to 3 by the end of my appointment. Went home to think about it and by the next morning I said YES to the dress! From the wedding dress to the bridesmaid dress to alterations I always had a positive experience at every appointment! Thank you Lelia and the alterations department!!
I went in the store and no one would even help me! I feel like every customer should get the courtesy enough to be helped! I will think twice before going back!!

Caryn’s was a dream come true store! I met Cindy at a bridal show in Richmond and right off the bat Cindy knew I was stressed about finding the perfect dress but she assured me that if I came in she would have a dress that I love. I felt like a princess from the moment I arrived and my name was on the board outside! Olivia was THE SWEETEST consultant! I think I was the only bridal appointment, and if I wasn’t, I sure felt like everyone working was trying to help me find my dream dress! The best day💗💗 thank Olivia, you’re the best!!!

This was the first time I even went dress shopping and I was not really expecting to get a dress cause most people say they don’t the first time they go. But I found the most perfect one and my consultant was really helpful, patient, and very “go with the flow” with me and everyone I brought along!
Today was such a wonderful experience. I only went to look at dresses, not to even try them on. Olivia bridal consultant came over, showed me around and asked me did I want to try on anything. I tried on several dresses and found my perfect one. I never thought I would go for this kind of dress but once I tried it on, I fell in love. The staff is wonderful and such a beautiful place. Thank you again for helping me find my perfect dress!
