Posting this for my cousin because she doesn’t have her FB right now. After paying in full for her bridesmaids dress months ago they waited until two days ago with less than a month to go before the wedding until SHE CALLED because her dress never arrived and they told her they NEVER ordered the dress. The solution was a sample size dress which HAD MULTIPLE STAINS AND “SAMPLE” stitched very boldly on the outside of the dress. Unaltered. Completely inappropriate on so many levels.
RecommendedHighly recommend Caryn's, we bought bridesmaids dresses and my wedding gown there on short notice and 1 bridesmaids dress came in and did not fit at all, they were so accommodating and had her come in and try it back on and discovered the sample size in the store was actually mislabeled by the manufacturer, the seamstress was able to fix it at no charge and very quick turnaround...panic averted! Olivia was great to work with and I can't wait until the big day coming up in Sept!
I absolutely adore Cindy and Olivia! Cindy is a true gem to work with!! She is extremely personal... every dress she bought me... I fell in love with! She nailed my style... her passion and expertise showcases itself!!!! I purchased 2 dresses from Caryns and I couldn’t be a happier bride!!! Thank y’all again times a million!!!!

I said YES to the dress this past weekend at Caryn’s! I made a last minute appointment on Thursday and they were able to get me in that Saturday. I went with my mom simply to look at dresses, being my first time trying on and so confused as to what I really wanted. Latrice was absolutely amazing! I brought pictures in showing her various styles and she immediately said we will try those. Our experience here was amazing! The staff were phenomenal and they listened to every plus and minus about each dress I tried on. Because of the wonderful staff here, Olivia and her sister, I found my dream gown. They were conscious about the pricing and style with each dress I tried on!
