I have been to a lot of bridal shops looking for my special formal gown and today I found it at Caryn's! They were very busy due to prom but they took me right in. Thanks Cindy for you exceptional service!!

Dresses are nice... Staff not so much. My consultant hardly spoke to me, certainly not to the people accompanying me. I went for a trunk show. I was lead to those dresses and told to look through them while she disappeared. The consultant came back and escorted us to the salons section for my size. I dont understand why I was even shown the trunk show dresses if none of them were available to me. She didnt ask me 1 question about the wedding or what I was looking for. Couldn't imagine anywhere else to get my wedding dress. They are absolutely amazing and make you feel like your the only one that matters when your trying to find that special dress. Cindy was wonderful and helped me find exactly what I was lookinh for. Thank you for your awesome customer service I found the dress of my dreams♡
