Awesome experience! I poked my eye with a stick. They got me in right away and gave me much needed relief. I had a follow up 2 days later to remove a contact bandage. Staff is very friendly and the doctor is very knowledgeable! 10/10 would recommend
I was very pleased with the attention & detailed test given to me. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Dr. Caryn was great. I will see them next year for my yearly testing.
Overall great experience! Front desk was welcoming upon arrival, and the wait was not long at all. Dr. West gave me a more thorough eye exam than I've had in 10 years, and she took the time to explain everything to me. The office also had more up to date equipment than I have ever seen. Definitely recommend!

For the best, go to West! It has been my experience that Dr West provides the most complete and comprehensive eye exams possible in Sumter. Additionally, while being seen you will have her full and undivided attention. You will feel your eye health is important to her. I've been seeing Dr West for over 10 years... changing to her for my annual eye exams was a great decision, I'm confident I get the best eye possible. .
