I had to deal with this physician after my husband got of of surgery and I was shocked at how disrespectful and patronizing he was. The overseeing provider made a mistake on the post op prescription and Dr. Tortora was on call and I was directed to him to correct the mistake. He made it very clear that he did not have time to deal with me and that he had better things to do than get my husband the pain medicine and antibiotics he needed.
