Not such a great company. Not impressed with them at all. Took 2 days to get my quote for plumbing work after they came out to do an estimate. Sadly I had to track them down to even get this information. They ended up not taking the job because of some lame excuse but promised to send me some referrals to other plumbers they knew and i'm still waiting on those. I would not deal with this company again.
Helped me a lot during a disaster I recently had a water heater expansion tank leak while I was 2000 miles from home. (Town of Cary cut my water off.) Cary Plumbing responded immediately after hours (someone local was watching my dog, and alerted them), worked with me long distance, and replaced the leaking expansion unit. Then, when I got back, I had them move the water heater. They didn't charge me for the temporary expansion unit replacement done while I was away. Tankless Titan Cary Plumbing Co. is top notch. Our water heater was in the attic and decided to start leaking while we were away on vacation. We called Cary Plumbing when we found the mess and they came out immediately. The technician who came out (Brad) disconnected the heater in the attic and drained it to stop the leak. He gave us all of our options for replacing the heater including the installation of a tankless water heater. We called several other companies to get estimates. Brillant / would use again We had a blocked pipe last sat night - we thought your service was just excellent Michael Waite was a delight to have , he was so pleasant and fixed the problem so cheerfully - I would highly recommend him , he was just great - Many thanks and now the pipe is better than ever
Cary Plumbing Co is lousy I would not use Cary Plumbing ever again. I had a problem with my kitchen faucet, which I had already taken apart before the Cary Plumbing technician showed up. The faucet only needed a couple of replacement o-rings. When the technician got there, he was only interested in selling me a new faucet, which I refused. Finally, he got the necessary o-rings, but he could not reassemble the faucet correctly. Terrible....completely incompetent; tried to overcharged for service Without going into the details all that I can say is that I tried them once (should have read these reviews first) and will never use them again. End of story. I can't believe how incompetent they were and they don't have any sense of quality. Amazing!!!
Bad experience; very incompetent; overcharged for service They sent two inexperienced guys out who shorted out the wires on my new water heater and told me that I needed to call an electrician to have it fixed. I had to then call managent for a return visit. They also did not install the disposal correctly, and another guy came back again the next day. They did not offer to reduce my bill or offer any alternative compensation. It was a traumatic experience for a single girl. Stay away!!!!
Great service I have used Cary Plumbing on several occasions and they have always done great work at a fair price and have been very friendly to work with. I would recommend them highly.
Car Plumbing Tried to really overcharge my neighbor because her hot water heater leaked on a weekend. Estimate was so high she chose another company. They charged her anyway for just looking at it. This was a single older lady, and they had her in tears. I made an appointment with them. The were supposed to call before they came so I could meet them, but they didn't.
