Brillant / would use again We had a blocked pipe last sat night - we thought your service was just excellent Michael Waite was a delight to have , he was so pleasant and fixed the problem so cheerfully - I would highly recommend him , he was just great - Many thanks and now the pipe is better than ever
Bad experience; very incompetent; overcharged for service They sent two inexperienced guys out who shorted out the wires on my new water heater and told me that I needed to call an electrician to have it fixed. I had to then call managent for a return visit. They also did not install the disposal correctly, and another guy came back again the next day. They did not offer to reduce my bill or offer any alternative compensation. It was a traumatic experience for a single girl. Stay away!!!!
Great service I Have used Cary Plumbing for any plumbing need I have, since my Realtor recommended them when I moved to the area. They are always fair with me, but today was the best example yet. They came by to check out a problem I had with my sink, only it was NOT a problem and nothing was actually broken. Instead of getting me for a trip charge or anything of the ilk, they shook my hand and walked out the door.
Car Plumbing Tried to really overcharge my neighbor because her hot water heater leaked on a weekend. Estimate was so high she chose another company. They charged her anyway for just looking at it. This was a single older lady, and they had her in tears. I made an appointment with them. The were supposed to call before they came so I could meet them, but they didn't. Cary Plumbing Co is lousy I would not use Cary Plumbing ever again. I had a problem with my kitchen faucet, which I had already taken apart before the Cary Plumbing technician showed up. The faucet only needed a couple of replacement o-rings. When the technician got there, he was only interested in selling me a new faucet, which I refused. Finally, he got the necessary o-rings, but he could not reassemble the faucet correctly. Courteous. They called when they realized they were going to be late, let us know when they had to leave again to get some parts, and showed me the pipe they replaced and explained everything when they gave me the bill.
Pretty good service Overall I was happy with the service provided. They were a little late for the appointment time, but I guess that is to be expected during a busy day. I suppose the thing I was most shocked about was how much the hourly charge was. One piece of advise, make a list of other things they can work on, since they charge you for a full hour whether you need it or now.
Not such a great company. Not impressed with them at all. Took 2 days to get my quote for plumbing work after they came out to do an estimate. Sadly I had to track them down to even get this information. They ended up not taking the job because of some lame excuse but promised to send me some referrals to other plumbers they knew and i'm still waiting on those. I would not deal with this company again.
BUYER BEWARE!!! Absolute Thieves and CON ARTISTS! Avoid this company at all costs! They came to my property and did more damage regarding the minor problem I contacted them about and left me with a FAR worse , URGENT problem. I promptly phoned them back up to have them return and fix the URGENT EMERGENCY that I now had on my hands. They completely refused to acknowledge their wrongdoing and do the right thing- return and fix it. Horrible experience-I contacted the Better Business Bureau BUYER BEWARE!!!
