This place is a slum. Leaking roof, broken plumbing, broken outlets and light switches, filthy buildings, roaches, foul odors coming through the A/C vents, walls so thin you can hear everything from all your neighbors. The management will double your rent to go month to month at the end of the lease to force you to sign for another 12 months or move out. I am moving out, and I can't stress enough to prospective tenants, please heed all online warnings you see and rent somewhere else
