Verified Renter I’ve always given great reviews of the staff and maintenance, and I’ve been a resident for almost 6 yeas. I must be honest, though, there have clearly been some changes as the current office staff are not very helpful or friendly. In fact they have been rather dismissive and difficult to communicate with. On the other hand, maintenance staff I have encountered have been quite helpful, although there seems to be no such thing as routine maintenance any longer.

Verified Renter Takes weeks/months for a maintenance request to be resolved…. No communication either. Everything is old a falling apart yet pricing is just as expensive as the newer townhomes. Uncontrollable amounts of roaches and mosquitos .
Verified Renter Cary Pines is a quiet place. The view I have is pleasant, especially during the spring and fall. The grass here could use a little help, but all in all...Its very nice.
