Wish I could give 0 star to this facility. First, got an appointment with a Doctor, Dr. Marthur, that is only interested in doing surgery, but you only find out about that after 4 appointments with and 3 MRIs there. If I went to this place to treat pain, he should had told me that I was seeing the wrong doctor in the first visit, by the way, he barely had a couple minutes with me. I will NEVER use this them for anything again. I was quoted a price on my first visit for physical therapy. I paid in full up front. One month after I finished they charged my credit card an additional $45. Then a month later they billed me another $50. I called 6 times over the next few months and was promised a return call concerning this but every time no one called back. Very disappointed in them.
