I called Cary OBGYN on 3/5 around 8am. I am looking for an AA Gyno and wanted to be a new patient with Dr Elita. Immediately upon the phone being answered, the lady who answered is not welcoming at all. She definitely sounds like she hates answering the phone and talking to her. She proceeded to ask my what kind of appointment was I looking for after u had already told her a routine gyno appointment. Her tone is very off putting and I told her that and hung up. Dr. Bonpain has the best bedside manner. A doctor, but truly talks to her patients as an ordinary person and listens. That does not happen everyday with providers. She is absolutely amazing at what she does!

I had been a patient for a few years and liked my doctor here but haven’t been back since 2024. Not since they changed their policy so that we are now required to put cards on file. So glad that I made that decision, I was recently sent a bill out of the blue for an appointment that I had TWO YEARS AGO. They added the charge to my account with no call and I have received a ton of automated messages tell me I have an overdue (700 days over due) bill for my recent appointment.
