She was very nice and we had a couple of laughs even..pleasant appointment.
Something has clearly happened to this office, as the phone lines are down and the FollowMyHealth application I've used to request perscription refills no longer works. It seems they've switched service applications, but the new application does not have perscription refill functionality and a 2-business-day wait for any message response. WORST EVER! This practice is scary bad. If my Dr. wasn't here I would've NEVER come to the place and now will be leaving. The administration and general operations are horribly unprofessional. The mistakes alone are concerning. How can a person like me get a hold of their doctor if they NEVER answer the phone? Just today I've called and have been on hold 3 times now for over 20+ min each and it's 11:43am. This isn't unusual either, no one ever picks up but even this is worse than normal! Not one single physician accepting new patients and they funnel you in to see dangerously uneducated PAs. They made me an appointment with a PA who the front desk assured me was a capable and competent person to manage my condition. However at the appointment it became clear the very rude PA has no understanding of how the condition is monitored and managed and her reccomendations were just straight up wrong and directly harmful.
