Made me feel bad when I was in excruciating pain during a treatment by saying that others don’t think it’s that painful. Seemed genuinely surprised I was in such pain. Offered to use an anesthesia for $100 more. I am not usually more sensitive to pain. She didn’t have to say anything about others, it made me feel like she thought I was overreacting when I was legit in pain, especially at the forehead area. Tried it 2x and nothing changed.
