I highly recommend Bryce. Bryce brings a wealth of experience and taught me healing modalities and provided a breadth of resources throughout our sessions that I continue to use even after our sessions have ended. My perception of his “style” was no nonsense, yet embodies compassion and humor. He has been one of few practitioners I’ve worked with that has had a lasting positive impact to my mental health. I reached out to the Cary Counseling Center for help recovering from a traumatic event that occurred many years ago, and to seek guidance on how to deal with a current relationship issue. Dr. Kaye helped me articulate my therapeutic goals and listened carefully to my situation. He then helped me understand my past experiences more clearly and process them in a healthy way, using EMDR when indicated. If you are still going to therapy after 5 or six years you have obviously not resolved anything. Wake up: You are nothing more than a paycheck to these people.
Giles is an amazing couples therapist! He is so personable and has strongly improved the communication between my partner and I. My partner initially was hesitant to go to couples therapist because he didnt want to be told obvious and cliche advice, but he turned out to get a lot out of our sessions with Giles and has changed his opinion on couples therapy. He listened to us without judgement and gave us tools to improve our relationship. I’m so glad we decided to see him and would highly recommend him.
