Bought another car from here. Guys were great car is great. We are on our 5th car from these guys. Very happy thus far thank you car Xpress.
This is the third vehicle we bought from this dealership. Every car we have bought is still on the road today. Each car we did buy the extended warranty for they are used cars one can only check so much. All I can say is thank you Paul for the great service. Will continue to Use CARXPRESSS for future cars..
My niece just bought a car from this dealership con shop and she hasn't even made her first payment and she needs to put $1000 out for repairs after owning it two weeks. I say we all get together and call Marty from the news and have him look into this dealership and make them do things the right way.
Bought a lemon for fifty five hundred cash and it was bad. Three belts replaced, cam shaft sensor, battery and idle rough and high rpm. Traded the car i bought with cash from them with the steering belt broke the fourth time. Please dont go there... Youll find out the hard way they are scammers
I bought a 2004 Cadillac Escalade from this dealership and paid top dollar for this vehicle thinking I was getting a nice truck. First of all the salesman "Steve" promised me the truck would be inspected since it was from out of state that took 3 weeks. Then I was promised a full tank of gas since the truck I traded in had a full tank that never happened. My son was looking for car and came across Car Xpress. He insisted he wanted this 2003 mustang despite the opposition from both me and his brother. The down payment was my truck and some cash. Not long after he got the car (which left the lot with no inspection stickers..clue 1) the car kept stalling and shutting off. He had a local mechanic due a safety check and redo the entire battery wiring system and replace the battery. This entire dealership seems to be full of incompetent morons incapable of returning a phone call or holding true to their word. my entire expere with them has been a nothing but a migraine headache. If a salesman says that fixing part of a vehicle will be done because you point out it is the 'make or break' part of the deal, you would imagine it would be fixed when you go back in to seal the deal, wouldnt you?
