I moved around there during the pandemic. (May 2020) Very noisy during the Summer, and a lot of police activity. I moved out back in 2024 when someone was shot right in front my building door. A new management took over before I left. The only positives are the maintenance team whenever I had an issue they were there to save the day. And my apartment itself was fairly nice.
