I've been living at carver Hall for almost two years and it has not been the best experience. I do not interact with anyone besides saying hello to a few neighbors. My next door neighbor is from hell. The walls are so thin you can hear everything that goes on in your neighbors apartment and I mean everything. It's always people in the hallways smoking weed and drinking, spitting, leaving garbage, and even had a neighbor urinate in the hallway. It's the worst rental experience of my life.
