I have been renting from them for 8 years. I have had my ups and downs. Things have gotten a lot better in the past 2 years.
I just had a real positive experience with this company. I have been renting from them for 7 years and while things have not always been the greatest. Today completely changed my mind about certain things. The lock on the door to my back bedroom wasn’t working and we couldn’t get access to it. I went downstairs and spoke with Evelyn and Rose then I called the maintenance number. What used to take a day or two, today they came out within a matter of hours.
