They steal your money!!!If I could give it negative stars I would!!! Please do not order here!!! The people are extremely rude and do not care about their customers, I called because they made a huge mistake with my order giving me half a scoop of ice cream when I paid for 2 scoops per cup.The supposed “manager” Charlie was beyond rude, he simply said that receiving my entire order (wrong)wasn’t a big deal and that he didn’t care. Such a wonderful place! The people there are so nice! Also they make it so easy to order a photo cake online. They are the only Carvel in the area that allows online photo cake orders. Saves so much time!
