Pretty great so far!
I had had a couple of cosmetic flaws on the vehicle and was told to wait until the 7 day to report but the apps stats that it isn’t covered when it wasn’t noted during the sale. Also wanted to report a that the vehicle jumps into great when vehicle is cold or on auto start/stop. Also the purchase and trade in process was not very user friendly that should have been handled more by the Carvana instead of me having to get a check and purchase agreements to my lender for my trade in. We bought a car a month ago and have had to put in shop twice for repair and today still having car problems. The shop they sent us to does horrible work what heck!
I had problems with this truck the moment I drove off the lot. I immediately turned around and attempted to use Carvana’s 7-day return policy, but they refused to honor it. I purchased the truck at the end of July 2025. By the end of August 2025, it was already in the shop. I did not get it back until November 2025, only for the problems to continue.
