My car arrived with a bungee cord holding down the battery and frayed grounding wire. The detailer also didn’t have a clue how to clean a windshield. My car is currently in the shop being repaired. Bad comunicacion
Carvana is loved for the ease, however since they have grown and bought the auction they do not return calls, they respond how they want and when they want and do not file the guidelines they have listed on their sites. The lack of internal leadership is going to cause them to have reduced stock price for a third time as law suits are filed. The public is tired of the BULLY on the block and that is what Carvana has become
READ BEFORE PURCHASING FROM CARVANA! Because Carvana's advertised "150 point inspection" is suspect, you run the serious risk of loosing large dollar "non-refundable" shipping fees. That's because if you discover serious defects once the car is received (not covered by their power train warranty, i.e shocks, tires, car electronics, etc.) and return it during their 7 day return period, you stand to lose the large "non-refundable" shipping fees.
