We keep giving them more paperwork and they keep asking for more and different things. They absolutely are refusing to accept something that is 1,000% suitable substitute. And their customer service is atrocious. There is literally no one to call because the people that you call all they do is sit there and apologize and apologize and tell you someone's going to call you back but no one ever does

They sold me a vehicle with CORROSIVE RUST, a major oil filter housing leak, and a power steering pump leak. These are exactly the types of issues they claim would never pass their 150-point inspection. It is a complete roll of the dice. The employees were nice. That is not the problem. The problem is the lack of transparency. When you pick up the vehicle, they provide zero documentation explaining what actually came up in the inspection. Horrible!!! I paid for the top of the line warranty through caravan who owns silver rock. Low and be hold my sunroof isn’t covered cause it’s an exterior part. The parts are inside the farther glass is the exterior. This is bull. Save your money buy a new car and don’t mess with caravan. CarMax has a better warranty and cheaper.
