Simple and fun process. Great staff. Very happy mother-in-law. She was happy how stress free the whole process was. We got to test drive before leaving with the car back home. Highly recommend
Very bad service… inattentive employees
Super easy to navigate the website, I used my v6 Camaro as a trade in for an SS Camaro.. Process was smooth! Beats staying at a dealership for 4hrs talking to 3 different people.. Select your vehicle, do online paperwork/steps, set up a date to pick up your car or have it delivered then you’re all done.. You basically get to test drive it for 7 days and if you don’t like it then you can select another car.. I’d use Carvana again!
This experience was excellent. Honestly the process is easy and reliable. Way better than going to car dealership. Our Representative Jocelyn was amazing she called before she came , gave me all the info I needed about the process and the 7 day money back guarantee! She was great and I was thankful for her service.
It couldn’t have gone any smoother if I’d planned it my self . I don’t think it took 15 mins. I cleaned out my vehicle and removed the plates before the young lady arrived . Had my title and ID in hand. She checked both and asked for the keys. She did her inspection of the vehicle to make sure all the info was correct, loaded it up on her truck , slapped some stickers on it and then gave me a check after some small talk and she was on her way . I’ll never sell a vehicle any other way .
