In spite of the snow storm, Carlos and his team agreed to come and clean my condo to prepare it for a tenant move-in. In addition to the normal cleaning, Carlos went above and beyond by being proactive and removing edging tape from a previous paint job. Because I could not be present, he e-mailed pictures of the work done to me. I would definitely use Carvan's services again.

They paid great attention to details and used appropriate tools and chemicals. Carlos was also careful with my stainless steel refrigerator. When he tried to remove a sticky stain on my refrigerator, he tested the chemical at an unnoticeable side before using it on the front to make sure not to ruin the main panel. I think I can be released from following the cleaners around, worrying about scratch and forgotten corner.
