Very good job and great service.
They were great. And Carlos came for the second visit to meet me. Great quality, very thorough, and extremely reliable.
When my 2 hours were completed, the last 15 minutes were rushed and I should have taken a little longer to check everything. I wanted my patio windows done and they were not. I know it was a bad day for Carlos and they were almost 1 hour late. Maybe this was why they were rushed at the end. The girls did a great job while they were here. I just felt rushed at the end.
We had a quick turnaround for this project. Carlos was very responsive and gave a quote over the phone. He called on his way to our house as he said he would and arrived on time. Unfortunately the job was a little bigger than expected so he called his other crew over after they finished another job to get our house done on time. I appreciate his responsiveness and thoroughness of the work he & his team did. He walked us through every room to make sure we knew the work that was done. Great customer service. Did exactly as instructed. Perfomed tasks in timeframe. Would use them again.
They did a good job. They cleaned my house very thoroughly in a timely manner.
I found Carlos to be very professional and attentive. Due to other work being done in my home, I had to reschedule a few times, and he was very accommodating. I am thinking of letting my current cleaning service go and hire CarVan for my bi-monthly cleaning.
