These people are horrible at doing business . I had my landscaper buy my original fence from them 100 ft plus . After it was installed, we decided to get 50 more feet of fence . I told landscaping company to please call Carvalho & son to order the exact same fence . My landscaper advised they refuse to call him back . So after so many tries & weeks he gave me the number to call directly . I left numerous messages no call back ! Would not committ to an install date after ordering all of the materials from them, which caused huge delays on our landscaping project. Ended up hiring another company after over 10 weeks of waiting for the install. Ghosted us after we asked about a missing part we ordered for our fence not arriving. Really poor experience overall.
Nick and his team are super professional, clean, and thorough. Nick took the time to carefully design the layout of my fence to match my yard, worked well with setbacks and lot lines, and was extremely responsive. He was very flexible despite several setbacks from weather this year. Any delay or change was communicated well in advance and he provided great, personal customer service. Would highly recommend Nick for his attention to detail, industry knowledge, and efficiency.
Nick and his team were great to work with on our privacy fence. He came right out and provided detailed plans and pricing. Gave us good advice on how we should set it up. Was very responsive whenever we had additional questions. His team was very professional and did quality work. Project was completed in two days. Highly recommend Nick and his team!
Strongly NOT RECOMMEND still waiting for him to fix the fence for 3moths now He promised to be done before the end of May & still not done Telling me it’s a small job but I promise it will be done before June 1, 100% guaranteed Then called & said tomorrow @9 No one showed till 12 so called again & he said “on my way” but still no show Fence still not fixed Liar Liar -100 ⭐️ for professionalism And now threatening that no one will fix the fence So I’ll be boycotted by all the fence companies
