Contractors beware they do not PAY, it's let's make a deal everytime, late payments over 1 year common non pay also common. After 2 years of working with them I left cost me more to try to collect bills than the bills were.

Terrible ethics, lack of professionalism, lazy and arrogant. Didn't do what he said he'd do, didn't have proper documentation and spoke very rudely about his client to other realtors. Complaint has been filed with Texas Association of Realtors. Do yourself a favor and find a positive, hard working agent to work with instead of Eric Carvajal. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.
