Pasquale is the best. He cares deeply for the food they create and the enjoyment of it by their customers. I've been fortunate to know Pasquale for 10 years as a great friend. Caruso's is without question the best place to eat in Lake Norman. If you haven't been, you're missing out. Great food, great atmosphere, and even better people.
