The staff was rude and the food was way over cooked . The lobster, mussels, and scalllops tasted like eating rubber !!! $130 later still hungry and disappointed !

Visited for the first time last evening. Very busy with reservations. We did not have one. However, the hostess asks to give her a few minutes to figure something out. Wow! Another party had a table that was empty. They gladly allowed us to sit there. I was so impressed how this wonderful hostess went out of here way for us. Wonderful food and evening. Thank you. 👍😊
First time visitors. Ambiance was awesome. Food was fabulous. Rachel, Kelly and Michael were excellent and made us feel like family. Plan on going at least once a month from now on.
Caruso's is our favorite restaurant in NC. The food is so delicious and the service is excellent.
My husband & I went there for our anniversary dinner. Absolutely delicious! Our waiter, Omar was suberb! Pasquale gave us a complimentary dessert! Would give this restaurant a 5 star! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
