I am the Environmental Engineer for a company that purchased a ceiling cleaner product from Caruso Care. We requested a Safety Data Sheet for the material from Caruso Care and the owner/Director of Operations, Scott Caruso, refused to provide it. I advised him that he is required by law to provide the Safety Data Sheet (OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1200(g)) and he refused again.
