July 8 2015.I took my truck to Carruba Collision on Niagara Falls Blvd for repair work through insurance. My truck was completed as promised on the date they estimated. Upon arrival the paint job was bad it had alot of impurities that could be felt.Not to mention the workers that repaired it decided to help themselves to my husbands sunglasses.And why were they going through my center console????The scratch was on the bumper on the passenger side.So I wouldn't accept this shotty paint job they did paint it over with better r... read more
They ordered the wrong part on my car and I was dealt with not having my car back for over 2 weeks. When I called to figure out exactly why they were just plain rude and just kept transferring me. Also was only updated with the process of my car when there were delays. Never go here even if it is through insurance!
