Great food!! Visiting from Arizona. Stopped for breakfast. The cinnamon French toast was delicious!
Food wasn't that great which was surprising-its usually amazing. Server eh very timid-shy didn't say much.
Have lived in Denton 2 years now and my out-of-town guests asked about Cartwright's. I had never eaten here and I didn't know breakfast was an option until she began rattling off the menu items. GREAT food, GREAT service, GREAT atmosphere!!! Will definitely be coming back again and again!!
I've never been disappointed. I'm a basic bacon and eggs guy, but this is one of the few breakfast places that actually know how to cook "over-medium" eggs correctly. Never run out of coffee and service is amazing, even when they're busy. The staff are always smiling, and a shout out to Danni for always taking a moment to chat.
It was by far the best chicken fried steak I have ever put in my mouth! I'm a 5th generation Texan and my Mom's CFS is GREAT! My 13 yr old son and I both had a half order with fried okra and Mac n' cheese! Alllll of it was the BEST!
Breakfast, lunch or dinner it's beyond great. We eat there at least 3 times a week. I would recommend this place to everyone!
Food was good,service was great,wasnt harrassed by waiter,got the big chicken fry,couldnt eat all of it,and wasnt to high on price,couldnt get over how quiet it was....would eat there again
I had several fabulous meals at Cartwright's while visiting last summer. I can't wait to return!!! Fabulous food, service and atmosphere...perfect combination for a great meal! Thanks so much!
