Small Business Owner
I live in Cupertino and I love doing business with the small businesses in my community. (My business is also a small business, so this is a double plus for me to do business with one of my own)!
When the small business provides excellent services, that is even more of a plus. Cartridge World - Cupertino owners care about me and my business. Any issues that has come up, they work closely with me to find a solution, including staying open late, just to do business with me after hours - if that is needed.
The quality of their products are excellent. They always stand behind what they sell to me and their pricing is the best around.
The owners are excellent, quality and caring people. I am elated to tell you about the services of this business.

Great Quality and Low Prices
This is a very small shop and I have passed by it so many times but never went in until a month ago. They refill your cartridges for very low prices. HP ink can be expensive but if you bring in your empty cartridge, they will gladly fill it up. I can't remember the exact price but it was about 1/2 the price of a normal cartridge. I go through ink very fast so I am glad I found a place that refills at a low cost. I will definitely be back. The one time I went to another refill place, my cartridge leaked all over my printer but I have not had this problem with Cartridge World.
