My son is 19 months and has had several haircuts already. He literally SCREAMS throughout the whole cut. Sometimes it's impossible to restrain him. However, he just got a haircut with Caridad yesterday (Pembroke Pines location)and although he cried for a few minutes, she was patient with him and started handing him toys. He quickly calmed down and was able to get his first haircut without horrible fear. worst customer service ever. checked in with Gladys which stated 0 what time. come to find out I must wait 30 minutes even though she was not doing anything. instead of letting us know there was a wait time. she just ignored us and other customers. honestly if you work at a KIDS hair cut place. HELLO a nice attitude is quite necessary. horrible horrible horrible

La misma manager ayer corto el cabello de mi hijo, le dije que hiciera un corte del cual le lleve foto y dijo si lo puedo hacer. Para sorpresa mía, pasó una máquina muy bajita la cual ya no podía hacer nada y lo único que hizo fue dejar mal cortado el cabello a mi hijo, pague $19 dólares para un terrible corte? En serio????
