The worker Jim Haff is one of the BEST employees ever met in the dealership industries. Swear to god he made the building feel like home and didn't make anything complicated at all. If you're going to Cartiva Clearance Center ask for Jim. Hands down 100% Great time and communications! Highly Recommend!
I DO NOT recommend! I talked with Jesse for over 2 weeks, drove from Williston to Minot twice to test drive a vehicle. When I came today we had an appointment for a check up on the one we had test drove. In the meantime we saw another one we wanted to take a look at, he said he would warm up and we could drive it in 20 minutes when we got back. He said see us soon, we got back and the car was gone! Great experience at Cartiva Of Minot with Austin Hayhurst. My wife and I were pleased with Tundra Limited we bought. We had a trade in valued fair & were able to leave with our new vehicle within a hour! Austin is efficient and knowledgeable so recommend him if you would like a easy going car buying experience.
