Josh was our rep at Cartivia. He was amazing. Friendly, kind and not pushy. We gave him a ball park of what we wanted to spend and he stayed in or below that amount. We visited 3 or 4 other dealerships first and they all tried to push us into spending more . The vehicle we decided on had a cracked windshield which they quickly seduced for replacement, and followed through on with no cost to us.
