Absolutely worst realty group out there in the capital district area. They are part of the problem driving prices up and pushing younger individuals out of the market causing the market crash. We had a signed contract and was already through attorney review process and was signing loans when they sold a house and out from under us and used our signed contract and offer as a bidding chip to drive the price up and then gave no chance to counter the other offer and told my realtor that we couldn't afford to counter.
