Could not have asked for a better experience. We stopped by pretty much assuming what we wanted was not going to be possible and walked out with a brand new Veloster. I was very impressed by Anthony. We told him what we wanted and he set us up for the perfect deal!

Salesman Miles gave me inaccurate information over the phone, and I after I rearranged my entire day to meet up with him.... He tells me that everything he said he could do for me over the phone was no longer doable. Smh. Don't just play the yes game to get me in your dealership. Worst car dealership experience I have ever had.
Their sales rep was rude!! I will never set foot on their car lot. We got "well if you're not going to test drive it, then why don't you just walk to the truck?" Keep in mind the truck was on the grass VERY close to 41. I would rather not have my 2 year old that close to the highway!! The young sales man needs some serious customer service training!
We've purchased 2 cars from this location from 2005 til now. The men and women are awesome. They know how to be professional but also relate to their customers. I dealt with Wynn Pontiac for years when I had my 03 Vibe and Hyundai of Cartersville is by far the best experience we've encountered. Ginger Chapman was our service advisor and she was wonderful with explaining everything and making sure we had a great visit. I won't use no other advisor but her!

This is an awesome dealership from the beginning to the end. I recently bought my second car from here and the transaction was easy. I went thinking of just getting a pre-owned vehicle but was able to get a 2014 Hyundai Sonata with only 9 miles on it, which I didn't expect to get. Both times I've used this dealership, I've left very well pleased and not only did I buy car but my son bought his very first car the same week, now my daughters and future son in law will possibly be getting a car from there as well.
