Good courteous service all the way through. Service the same day, and plumber was able to come sooner than promised (and called to ensure that was okay with us.) Attended to the necessary repair with knowledge, skill and thoroughness. Completely satisfied with your service.

Great plumbing service.
Great first experience. Called Carter's plumbing from the south side addition of the local phone book. They came out the same day and fixed a faulty valve in my sump pump. They e-mailed me a picture and info on the young man that would be coming and he called when he was on his way. He was polite and efficient.

Wonderful job
Pat was very polite and jumped right in trying to determine how and where he needed to install a water line for my refrigerator. To get the line installed, Paul first had to "fix" issues left by a previous plumber. In the end, I am very happy with Paul's work and I will definitely use/recommend Carter's for my future plumbing needs.
