You did fine. I thought for the repair, candidly you were over priced. $285 to rebuild a shower control handle because of dripping shower was simply too much. If your guys would have had the parts with them, the repair was 20 minutes tops. They had to go back to shop because they didn't have the part with them. I have always used you because you are local - Greenwood / White River Township. I always try to support local businesses. However, for that price, I will be think twice in the future.
