Great service! Arrived on time and services were completed in no time at all!
No concern whatever about service but have one "crazy" question. Water supply to house was turned off. After turned back on , stool in main bath was flushed, it flushed and filled but would not turn off (during time water off, stool was filled and not used). This stool has flushed, filled and shut off perfectly for 2 yrs... Seems ridiculous to ask, but is there any way the water shutoff could be responsible for such performance???? Dave Haas 317-893-2860
Carter was the 3rd plumber we called. The first gave an estimate in the same range as Carter's but we had a hard time getting him here & to commit to doing the job (when we called to say we had someone else he actually seemed relieved). The 2nd was Mister Quik, which did dispatch someone to provide an estimate, but this was well over twice the 1st cost and involved tearing out drywall on the floor below - not an option for us. The guy said it was the only way it could be done ("If you can show me how I can do it all upstairs... read more
