We were unable to be present during the home inspection we paid this man to do. Big mistake on our part. It is questionable (if not, unlikely) that he inspected areas that he passed on the inspection report. The major issues (for example the sewer line from the house to the outside was only attached by a wish & a prayer and was cracked so that the floor of the crawl space was actually a bed of sewage) he missed have cost us upwards of $30,000. We bought our home based on the fact that it was inspected and claimed to be in good shape. We paid extra for termite inspection and were lied to and told that there was no damage. There have been MULTIPLE findings within the last 8 weeks that would have been DEAL BREAKERS! Don't recommend this company at all, would give ZERO stars if possible. We used the "inspector" our realtor recommended... big mistake! 1st home has been a nightmare!!!
