I've been using Carter's for years! They are my number one choice in the area for flowers. Every arrangement has been flawless and their service is top notch. Whenever you have a question regarding deliveries or orders, they are always professional, courtesy, and helpful. I prefer to let the florist be creative and typically give them a price range for my order instead of ordering a set design. Every order I've placed has been beautiful and brought smiles to my friends and family's faces! Keep up the good work!
