Love working with Kat from Carters. She's very courteous and knows her stuff! I live in upstate NY and have relatives in St Petersburg so it's very comforting to know that I can rely on my orders getting delivered on time AND best of all she sends pictures of the items ordered so I know exactly what the gifts look like. Arrangements are artistic and maximum value for dollars spent. Owner and staff very customer focused. They are friendly, accommodating and professional. They make you feel like a member of the team. They get your order right and in a timely fashion. Same day orders are no problem for their staff! Flowers are fresh and crisp!
