We live in castle rock wa. And every visit we make time for carterQ. The best.
It's not that I don't like the food .. I do but customer service sucks! This is the third time iv been there and it a customer service I just don't know if I willl be back!
Great food and great staff!!! Just moved here and found a great family restaurant to return too!!
Great Brisket! They even smoke their wings before they season them! Great beers on tap! And definitely try the raspberry BBQ sauce!

Everything was magnificent. The service was great and the food id delicious. I am so glad we discovered this place.
Our family loves the consistently tasty food and friendly atmosphere and service.
I have been going to Carterque since it was located in downtown My Airy. When they moved i was nervous that the quality would go downhill. For a while the quality seemed to remain high. Last night i went there after having not been in two years. I got a half rack of ribs. To say i was disappointed is putting it mildly. there was no detectable smoke flavor. there was also no evidence that any rub was used on the ribs.
