This is one of my four year old grandson 's favorite restaurants. He loves the pork sliders and the sweet and tangy wings.

Invited for lunch by the in-laws and thinking we'll see. Not having the best of luck at bbq places lately and being a little picky. I was pleasantly surprised! Great bbq! Tried the brisket, pit ham, pit beef and turkey - all great. Good smoke flavor, tender and well cooked. Now the sauces are outstanding, not the sweet we get in Iowa. Great taste and not overpowering. Make sure to try the blackberry sauce, mmmm good.
food is delicious! service is always great & i love that you can sample beer! black raspberry sauce is to die for!!!

I wasn't as impressed with it as I thought I would be. The appetizer was frozen meatballs covered in their sauce and our other sections were just ok. Not wow, not horrible. The way everyone raves I was expecting more.
We had carry out. What busy place it was. Food was literally fly out the doo. Didnt look in the dining room but people were coming in and being seated. Had the half rack with the house bbg. The meat was juicy and the ribs pulled cleanly out of the meat. The bbq was sweet like i like it. I would definitely goback he next time in Mt Airy. The cornbread was moist and sweet.
Meats are over cooked and very dry. Nothing like real Texas brisket and BBQ chicken. Corn bread was moist but didn't any real corn in the bread. BBQ sauces they had where really good. Service was great except for the manager whom didn't like fact I had I told him they meats where over cooked and dry.
