Best BBQ I have ever had. The black raspberry sauce is the most awesome sauce ever.
I think your BBQ is the best around. However, I do think that you should offer hand cut fries instead of the bagged coated ones. All the BBQ places have them including Mission BBQ and Urban. Just a suggestion.

If you are looking for catering for any type of event Carterque BBQ is amazing! They went above and beyond all expectations we had for our wedding. With our venue shutting down 6 days before our wedding was scheduled to take place, they jumped into action to help us in anyway they could. They had no problems reducing our count by 40 people when the date and venue got changed. Love, Love, Love this place. Went for the first time and had the crab dip with old bay covered tostitos for app, 2 meat dinner with brisket and pulled pork, the best sauce, baked beans, macaroni and cheese and cornbread.. AND to top it off, the best bloody mary with their own bbq rub on the rim of the glass, real bacon bits on top and cant wait to come back again.

From the Deep South- raised on bbq! this one is top rated! Loved the brisket... beans need more umph! The best was the Black Raspberry BBQ Sauce. Plan on trying to create in my culinary classes for our sauces unit in a couple of weeks!!!
