Came in as new patient and I was unaware of the $40 co pay so I asked could I be billed and pay it later on Thursday I was advised no . Then I was told even though I’m there standing at the counter in the flesh they would still charge me $50 to reschedule lol like seriously 😒 it extremely silly when your going to bill my insurance wayyy more than that anyway oh well I will not be returning I’ll go to the the “others” who have more payment options in Sterling Heights .
