I really wanted to have a positive experience with this practice. Unfortunately, my experience with PA Latonya was extremely disappointing. I came in with a new facial skin concern and left feeling dismissed, judged, and without clear guidance about what was actually happening with my skin. I was given a diagnosis and prescribed medication for that condition. Because I was uncomfortable with the assessment, I sought a second opinion at an urgent care facility and paid out of pocket for additional evaluation and testing. My go-to dermatologist for my daughter and I. We love Dr. Carter-Snell and Alicia Jones, NP. I also get my laser done by Latonya Millben, PA-C. The office is great and they are very thorough. My skin has never been better.
